    MPV1 Pro

    I have a MPV1 Pro dongle, I can not connect to it without crashing my lap top it goes to a blue screen then turns off I know it is not a HP Tuners issue because it works fine on another computer I am just hoping someone may be able to give me some advise on how to resolve the problem the message I get is as below.

    Any help would be appreciated

    what version of the MPVI drivers are you using?

    Kieth thanks for the prompt response not sure how to check what version of drivers however when the dongle is pluged in it indicates it has HP Tuners chanel A and HP Tuners chanel B in the USB driver section

    In the device manager you can right click and view the properties of those channels to display the driver version.
