    problem with VCM scanner

    i'm getting a problem with the scanner it does not work at all.i can read and write but i cant scan any vehicle it does not get connected to the cars

    What error message are you getting when trying to use the scanner?
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    Thanks Bill I found the problem , it is from the laptop's USB driver
