If you are talking about the turbo versions of the Sky & Solstice then they are the exact same engine as the HHR SS ... 2.0L LNF ... for what it is worth

    4000 rpm?

I bought the VCM Suite mainly because I wanted to throw a few more $$ into the pot for support of the HHR SS. Reading the tables is pretty interesting, but not about to mess with anything of course. Do you have any thoughts on why some tables end at 4000 rpm, while others go to 6000 rpm?

Usually just the way GM sets up the different axes.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I understand, just implying that getting full support for the Sky/Solstice whatever the engine may be is most likely more important than full support for the HHR due to market size. It'll be cool when the motor gets support, but until then we'll just have to chill.

I bought the Westers tune for my 08 HHR SS. It should be done
shortly. He will be making it able to be loaded or unloaded with HPT
and I believe u will be able to edit it but it will be locked to your vin.
Reports on 07 LNF motors have been very good.
Possibly HPT will be able to give us even more than Westers in the future.

But thru testing it has been discovered that without the Keystone ingredient of torque request and ETC rev control you cant really do anything useful other than log (minus the factory wideband) and maybe turn a cel off from some other intake Via tuning the MAF tables.
That in it's own right is handy in one respect. Just wont make a lick mroe power for long. thats all.

Pretty F'n boring eh? Like some sort of chasitity belt

Yup without a doubt. More money. They already have ours.

However at least they're honest about the fact that it's not that it's hard- it's that they havent even touched it and don't really plan to until they get more important new income streams workin. They maybe if were good littleboys and girls they may see it within their heart to give a shit about those who voted with thier wallet in good confidence. over a year ago.
