It includes a CD-ROM as well. The purpose of the CD is to demonstrate how some of the more complicated tables work as we recorded their use live, with voice over. Also you get a year of free tuning support (email, private forum and phone) as well as the laminated tuning checksheets (for bolt on, or heads/cam, or forced induction/nitrous setups).

    thanks!

This is a serious step forward for those of us that have been struggling to learn to tune on our own in our spare time. I know i've been having a hard time because there's just no one around me that I can get help from.

I wish this product had been out there years ago, but i'm just so happy to have it now.

My hat's off to Bob on the great quality of this product. I have learned so much, and I can't wait to get knee deep into the tune now. Also already looking at taking this past the beginner stage to see what else is out there.

    Thanks Bob.

I just got my learn at home course yesterday. It looks great. I can't wait to try it out as soon as I get back to TX.

Bob, what kinda stuff is in the intermediate course?

  15. #35
It's going to have more advanced things, like Speed density tuning, VE, boosted 2 bar tuning, etc...

The Intermediate will be the next step for the beginner tuner, after he/she has completed the beginners step. Now that they grasped the basics, and are confident, they can go for more advanced tuning and tricks. It will is a different course than the beginners. Both can be done via the Learn @ home course.

Mostly applies to automatics. IE shift points, line pressure, torque management type stuff.

Yep, we cover the Autos as well. In one of our live classes, it was split down the middle, with one side of the class Auto guys, the other side Manual trans guys. Once they figured this out, debate began and the two sides sparred for most of the day. Eventually, the Manual guys got the last joke, by claming the automatic guys just don't have a "Man Pedal".
