Made some decent passes today finally

Well, after much frustration, I finally got a decent pass lol

2 step set to 5500 RPM, car's weight around 3670 (only removed the spare and was on a little over a half tank of gas), and the air was pretty damn good. I was ready to pull the sway bar and launch from 6000 the way the track was hooking lol

    Previous best:

    60'..........1.773
    330'........4.978
    ET..........7.574
    MPH........95.951

    Today's runs:

    Run 1:
    60'..........1.743
    330'........4.909
    ET..........7.466
    MPH........97.538

    Run 2 (best):
    60'..........1.584
    330'........4.649
    ET..........7.173
    MPH........98.474

    Run 3:
    60'..........1.609
    330'........4.679
    ET..........7.214
    MPH........97.992

The shifting is a little sub-par, mainly on the best run, because after the launch felt so good I was MAKING SURE I hit all the gears lol

For you 1/4 mile junkies, that equals about an 11.30 @ about 122 mph. Very nice! Are you using drag radials?

Thanks! Yes, they are MT DRs 295/45/17. I figured it was somewhere in the low 11's, my buddy went 7.20's and was in the 11.2-11.3 range. I want to shoot for 7.0's and 11.0's and hopefully dip below each of them eventually lol With the way things went Sunday, I feel like that can actually be achieved now (before it was a lot of hope haha)

Using a 1/8 to 1/4 mile conversion, that is very close to 11.2 @125 mph! Even if your race weight was only 3500 lbs,
your making ~515 RWHP (according to my Moroso power speed calculator)! Awesome power Mike!

    Thanks guys

Going to go back to the track next month for a track day to see if I can improve on this some more. Hopefully we can get them to prep the track just as good.

    haha thanks man

I was surprised myself with that 60'. The thing is, I think it can go even faster in the 60. We will find out when we have our track day in about a month.
