Dodge parameter for RFE545 limpin mode?

I just put a 2004 5.7L Hemi in my sons Jeep and I noticed that my scanner is telling me the trans is in limpin mode. Does anyone know if engine codes will also put the trans in limp mode? I do have some o-2 codes but the trans is not generating codes. The exhaust pipes are not on yet so I get o-2 heater codes almost instantly. I also have read that I will need to take it to Dodge and have the ETC and trans parameters set using the DRB3. Anyone know what this is and what it does?

You may need to have a quick learn performed on the transmission. There are numerous reasons that it will go into limp in mode, so it's hard to say why it's doing it. A dealership can usually perform a quick learn on it.
