new motor already? alot of people have good results with just a stage one or two heads flowing about 280 or so cfms maybe 2.02 val 1.60 . valve upgrades would be good,.. mine i have are 2.08 valves and flow about 320 cfm at 600 lift and it was a very streatable head, but over kill for my old standard bore motor. but had no drivability probs. so i just considered the head purchase an investment for a stroker motor. lingenfelter has some awsome ported heads for the money, i can get them at a pretty good price, they are about an hour from me. even cheaper if you get a cam and heads package.. they have a couple good grinds that are pretty streetable and a cinch to tune. jes
fast as fast can be..... When i hit the nos, youll be sayin... WAIT4ME!!!!!
wait4me how are you buddy,
I was thinking to buy a new heads, but the problem is the shipping??? To ship it to UAE it will cost a lot of money. I thought just to port mine and if it did not work I will get a stuck one's.
You think 2.02 or 2.08 is the best?
All what I need to to do is only the 2.02 or 2.08 porting? are those only the number that I have to say when I go to the shop?
Thanks buddy.

I think that little bit of valve diameter won't buy you much.
Better to get a set of clean LS6 heads is my opinion, or
6.0 heads if you wanted to boost. Either one flows way
better than the LS1 head with no work done. The 6.0 head
will drop you about half a point CR and the LS6 will raise
you slightly. Think about the octane situation you have over
there, which way to go with CR.
