Suggestions on fan and a.c. settings.

I'm installing a turbo set up and looking for suggestions on A.C. and fan settings?
Full boost would be acheived around 2700rpm, so I am thinking A.C. off at 2600rpm?
What about fan settings, I'm thinking of have them turn on around 180 degrees?

You can also set it by throttle position. However The AC is only an issue at high RPM's anyway.
