P0160 Bank2 Sensor2 Code with SES turned Off !!!

Hey Guys

I am a little confused as this code is just comming up now and in my tune I have this code set to not come on. I have a 2001 Z06 with no rear O2 sensores...just fronts with a set of cats. I also have long tube headers.

Can someone tell me why this is happening?
I can send my file to be look at....
