HP Tuners Tune Repository Help 4.8L & 5.3L come inside...

Looking for MORE than a bunch of stock tunes for 4.8L and 5.3L engines. I understand that alot of tunes are sent in but my guess is they are not all getting approved due to liability. Basically the repository is too limited for my needs.

Want to compare so I'm interested in lightly modded tunes (CAI, Headers, Free flow exhaust, Trans. tuning/ect.) and some cam/blower tunes.

Please list year/make/model/mods if posting up your personal tune.

    Thanks in advance!

the repository is only good for people who use it to load files. There is no liability because it is your choice, it is just a collection of tunes.

So true! I use it for stock tunes if I need a base to work with or learn from. Purpose of this thread - Instead I am coming to the source (members) to get a copy of an already tuned 4.8L or 5.3L to see what people are changing. Please post up if you have anything to offer even if not for the same year I am working on. Let me know how well it crosses over the current engine I am working on as well. Thanks!

Peope always forget to tell you the kicker...you have to OWN Hp Tuners hardware/software first...then go to www.hptuners.com and enter your serial number/password. ONLY then can you see the tune repository.

I borrowed a buddies gear to dabble on my car, then noticed our tahoe's speedo was out to lunch... does that meen I'm SOL for accessing the repository as well?

I was looking for a bone stock tune for our 2000 tahoe as its got some 'issues' from the previous owner... don't know what the hell they did, but idle @ 500rpm, timing seems pretty high compaired to my LS1 T/A (43-53º) and upto 4º of knock showing up while slowly accelerating in drive

Hoping to just revert to stock tune and see how it likes that for now.
If someone could help me out, that would be fantabulous.

I tuned my brothers stock 2000 5.3 4wd silverado. I didn't change a whole lot, just timing, burst knock settings and some transmission stuff. Really the burst knock and torque management kills these trucks.

Does anyone know how long it takes them to approve files for the repository. I uploaded the stock tune for my C3 LQ4/4L65e as I thought it might be pretty useful to some people, but it hasn't shown up and it has been a couple of weeks.
