Hey guys, I own a 1999 Camaro Z28 A4 and I was just messing with HP tuners a little while ago after going for a short ride. I stopped and messed with the HP Scanner VCM controls to see how the car liked to idle @ 800RPM -- I turned the IAC back off and it started to idle weird. I put the car in gear, and it SLAMMED into gear... when I say slammed, I mean SLAMMED like a neutral drop. I thought it was a fluke, so I shut the car off for a minute and turned it back on. I went to put it in gear again, and the same thing happened. I then left it in gear and drove up the road a bit. The part throttle shifts were ridiculously hard. I turned the scanner back on, and clicked TCC Solenoid On then Off, I then went back into gear.... it was fine.

Any idea WHY this happened?
