    Delayed 2-3 shift (part throttle)

I have an A4 98 level V trans with 3.42 3400 stall. I recently moved from ls1edit to Hpt. When i did I changed my TCC to lock on shift which i thought i had done on ls1edit but when i did the first download it said unlocked during shift. Well now shifts 1-2 3-4 fine. 2-3 will shift at a high rpm or at the set mph if i let off the throttle(only). If i keep my foot on the throttle TPS30% etc it will stay in 2nd and rpm will just climb to 4000-5000. Once it shifts to 3rd it then shifts up to 4th without problem. Its possible it did this before TCC was locked during shifts but i seriously doubt it. Could the program/bin be defective in some way?

Logged data show shift is being commanded later in 2nd gear to 3rd gear when luck is enabled during shift. Why??? Can this be changed?

Re: Delayed 2-3 shift (part throttle)

    I think there's something about lock-through-shifts
being a hoax on the F-bodies, it wants to unlock
anyway. No good reason to be locking the converter
in 2nd that I can think of, except heavy towing. The
locked converter has to be unlocked, there is time
    allotted to this.

    I would un-check the "lock-through-shifts" first off.
The 2-3 is leisurely enough without any more "help".
After that I'd look to the adaptation time and the
shift pressure tables and see if the times are too
    lazy.
