It drops from 65mph to about 45mph and i dont shift it my shift point is at 6200 rpms. It only does it from 2nd to 3rd gear. The tranny has about 100xxx on it and it started happing when i tuned it, if i put the stock tune back in it dosent do it. It's a 98 A4 4:10's. ???

That's a huge drop and would need a hell of a long shift.
You might suspect a bad VSS (vehicle speed sensor)
especially if the speed returns to a higher (more sane)
value once the torque spike subsides. Or just a connection.
Is the MPH drop, more of a momentary dip?

Well the thing is that the car is spinning the tires at the time of the shift. I think thats what it might be. Ill try and post the run if not Ill email it to you if thats ok?
