    down loaded the 2.22 version and....

    lost all my logs and my configs?? Its a good thing I saved them to my home computer. Good luck everyone.

    Did you look in your my documents folder & program files folder? They should still be in one of the two as I didn't loose any of mine in any of the tests we ran.

    Nope not in there either, its ok I have them saved.

    Another quick way would be to go to Start-Search-All files & folders and in the all or part of the file name section type .hpt or .hpl & it will bring up where all the files went to, I would be curious as to where they went.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    there not there either, I just rewrote them its all good, I did do a search under .cfg and they showed up there, but since I rewrote them it goes to the new config.

    Are there any issues with the gauges on the Scanner? I tried to set it up with a background picture, which will not appear. And in the Configure window, clicking that floppy disk gives me a "Not Available" box. Don't know what "Load Gauge Display Settings" means, but I would think it would save changes and also do the same action as the "Commit Changes" button. I haven't tried scanning, but that was the only cosmetic thing I really noticed, which isn't a huge deal anyways. I got my gauges all setup in regards to colors and alike.
