It's only with one file loading. It says"invalid VIN/OS pair.Vcm flashing disabled.
Send it to Support with a VCM Info log. They should be able to tell you if its simply an operating system that isn't supported yet or whether there is a VIN issue with the vehicle at hand.

Yup, just do as the error says by sending the .hpt file along with an infolog & we'll take care of the rest.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
