    G8 Version 2.22 - possible bug?

Downloaded the 2.22 version and went out to play with the G8.

Went out to download the stock tune, all seemed to go well until the end. Never went to validate the down load - just to save the file (after I committed to the license).

Tried it again - and same thing without of course the request to commit to the license. Possible bug?

Also - on the download there are no transmission properties - is this a future add on?

There are a few confusing things here maybe you can clear up

Never went to validate the down load - just to save the file (after I committed to the license).
What do you mean by validate the download? And actually 2.22 saves the file before it asks you if you'd like to license the file at all.

Tried it again - and same thing
    Same what? Please explain

Also - on the download there are no transmission properties - is this a future add on?
I assume this is an A6 vehicle? If you are running 2.22 it should read out the tcm as well, if it did not read the tcm try pulling the tcm fuse for about 10 seconds & try reading it again.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    Sorry for the confusion Bill.

At the end of a down load for the car - when I did my 04 GTO the last sequence on the download was validating the data or download - I forget the exact term displayed, only took a few seconds. Then it would say completed and I would close down the session.

I saw the same statement on the G8 download - it just never went to completed, just asked me what to save the file as. Then it jumped back to the main editor view. Just wasn't sure if something was amiss.

It is an A6 - I will try & find the fuse and pull it, then try again.

Sounds normal with the exception of the transmission stuff, but yes the A6 stuff should be in the file.

Version 2.22 is out?? How come it says on the home page to download 2.20?
2000 T/A - Thompson Motorsports 416ls3, F1A procharger, HP tuned. Just a couple psi of boost.
2013 Mercedes C350, wish HPtuners worked.

The release date conflicted a bit with our engineers in training so while it has been released we haven't had the time to writeup release info or update our homepage.
