05 5.3L Vin M swap

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to eliminate (remove) the BCM from the harness and use the vcm/tcm only to run the 5.3L from an 05 GMC envoy using your product. This engine is going into an earlier car so the BCM features are not needed. Or would this cause issues and make the engine not run?

You would simply turn VATS off in the system section.
