Tons o'codes throw, what gives?

OK, well I entered my first attempt at a slight tune, (just basically took all torque management out) and took the car for a run. It set 2 codes for o2 heater performance bank1 sensor 1 which I caused because I am using a WB to simulate the NB and I used the heater switched ignition for my power source.

Anyways, I disabled the 2 codes and cleared them. I found there are a ton of other BCM and communication codes as well, some codes for options I dont have. They clear but come right back. No drivability issues, but why is this happening? And I know we can't disable BCM DTC's but is there any way to rid them from my DTC reports in the VCM scanner?
