    TCC lockup MPH not right

I've noticed on my buddy's car that the torque converter doesn't lock at the values listed in either Normal or Cruise TCC tables. Yet, I can adjust those and the lockup will move with it. His lockup tables have 45 mph as the absolutely lowest it will lockup except his usually locks at about 37 mph. 4400 stall with heads/cam.

Also, his shiftpoints tend to be a little low too as compared to the file in the PCM. What am I missing here?

Those table are not the actual speed where the TCC should lock up. If you log the TCC apply time, you'll see it take a little bit of time for the PCM/transmission to lock up the TCC. It is a combination of apply time and speed.
