    Headers

I realize that this probably isn't the place to post this question since it's not really a tuning questions (not yet anyway), but I was wondering if anyone has had any experience installing header on a Cobalt or another Ecotec engine for that fact? The question I had is, is the exhaust flange threaded on both sides (exhaust manifold and cat) or only on the manifold side? So if I were to cut or grind the studs/nuts off on one side, will they separate or not? Or does anyone know another way to remove them?

    PB Blaster.
Start with PB Blaster and work your way out. Take your time.
The OEM exhaust manifold is threaded with studs.
However most POS headers just drill the flanges and give you Grade 5 hardware to stick in there.
No I don't have any headers. Sorry.
