    2000 LS1 to 2002 LS1 OS

I've got a 2000 Camaro SS and I did a write entire to get a 2002 operating system but the 02 OS I downloaded has the 1 Bar SD mode applied and I was wondering if I could "un" apply it because I want to run my Maf. At the moment it's back to my original operating system because I was under the impression that I couldn't use the 1 Bar SD if I'm running a Maf. I can't test this to see if it would work right now due to my interface being repaired. It should be back this week sometime but I was wondering if anyone had any insight on this. Would I be able to un-apply this then do another write entire? Thanks for any responses and your time. Mike.

Get a stock file and load it. You can't un-apply it.

That's what I thought but I don't have any more credits to get another 02 operating system.

Can someone post the specific differences between a 2000 and a 2001/2002 operating system. Is there a chart somewhere showing the differences?

There are hundreds of changes even between 01-02 calibrations, the one major change from 00 to 01 is the lack of a secondary VE table in the 01+ calibrations which makes them slightly more desirable over the pre 01 cals.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

So Bill, is it worth it to flash in a 2002 tune into my car? I've got 4 credits still unused, so it's not a big deal if it costs me 2 credits. Also, I realize that now my VIN would be changed, would that be an issue?

FYI, I'm excempt because I drive the car less than 5000 miles a year, and it's actually closer to 1000 miles.

I still run the 2000 OS in my car. Only reason I would change is to setup the IAT bias, but I pulled my IAT sensor out anyway.
