I have a 97 Tahoe that I did a hydrogen conversion on.I ordered an efie to manipulate my 02 sensors but it's been on backorder .I was just wondering if I could do the same thing with my HPTuners.

No, even if we supported 97 Tahoes(which we don't) theres no way for the factory computer to manipulate the signals coming in from the 02 sensors.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
