You would need a host for the image, most internet service providers give you a minimal amount of space, otherwise you'll need to find a host that will let you direct link.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Personally I use the webspace that my ISP provided or the server space I rent from the place where I purchased my webspace from.
