is there a way to FORCE the LOW OCT table?

i want to be able to go to the low oct table and then back , like a switch, is there a way to do this? reason being is i have a car in the shop and most all tables are already maxed out. he has a 6.0 with a whipple pushing 750HP plus, now wants to spray 800HP shot on it also. the motor is fully built. i dont want to get into, how he is crazy or why this or why that, just can you go back and forth between the two tables anyway?

A knock sensor failure should make it run on the LO table. Wire in a switch to break one of the KS wires. Make sure the KS diag is set to MIL on 1st error.

Here are the conditions that have to be met for the KS diag to fail.

I think i've figured it out because my car is STUCK in fuggin low octane mode even after driving that entire tank of gas in, putting in $10 octane booster, and then filling it up with 93 octane from a gas station 60 miles away.
