I have a rebuilt transmission in my 99 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP, it has all hard parts along with the GM 1" chain (3.52 ratio) it is an odd ratio but I have it, also I have a 3000 ATI stall Torque Converter.

The car is a daily driver & drives perfectly BUT to get the speedometer to be correct I had to install a Speedometer Recalibration controller and reluctor wheel on the differential. I would like to remove the SRC & have the PCM do the changes but I heard there could be issues that would cause the transmission to act up & possibly break.

A side effect that mostly concerns me is the loss of my cruise control, if and when the SRC is installed the cruise control does not work, if I disconnect the SRC the cruise control works properly but my speedometer is way off by (17%).
