Wanting to do a tune on an 05 Cobalt- Interface recognizes the car but doesn't get power from it- can't communicate - like the fuse is blown. Checked the panel and I dont see any blown fuses, but I dont see any for PCM or lighter and such. Done this plenty of times on an Fbody, any ideas of what Im lookin for?
Looking in the fuse panel in the engine bay should be one listed as LTR.
