    TM: Tranny Slip then shift

    I have been playing with the TM stuff and it seems as if after removing most of the TM stuff (Engine Retard and Tranny) the tranny at WOT slips or revs a bit the shifts pretty hard. Its like there is a setting off or shift times.

    I have heard that to remove all TM that you need a shift kit and servo, or one or the other. If so it kinda makes since because I had a TH200 in a older Malibu and after a few mods did the same thing. But since this is computer controled i firgured maybe i missed a setting.

    Give me some feedback.

    It could be the converter clutch unlocking for the
    shift and then reapplying. Check in the Transmission
    section, under one of the tabs is "lock converter through
    shifts" or something like that. I found the easiest way
    to end all kinds of wierdness was just to not lock at
    all except in 4th.

    TCC lock during shifts- TRUE or False. I dont understand why some of the tables(performance)has a value of 256?

    Well tried that and its still slipping... ???

    I just think its the tranny needing a shift kit and stuff..

    Any other ideas..??
