No shift on WOT

Have a 99 vet with A4. I have installed a 3.73 gears and a Yank SS3800 converter. The problem I have is I cannot get it to shift on wide open throttle. Snap On scan tool says that computer is not telling selonoids to work. I have set tranny shift mph and rpm low and high with HP Tuner but still cannot get it to shift. It will shift fine just driving around town. It will shift manually from first to second but will not shift to third. This thing will always hit the rev limiter and will not shift. It will shift at about 3/4 throttle though. Any ideas on what to do is driving me crazy.

your shift points are still too high. Lower them some more both in the WOT tables and the standard shift tables.

I had shift points at 5400 still no shift in all tables

Can you copy and paste your current speedometer, Normal Shift, WOT Rpm, WOT Shift MPH values/tables here.

Most likely the MPH table being off, due to gear change
and subsequent adjusting? Both MPH <AND> RPM have
to be exceeded, for WOT upshift. Check your PCM-
indicated MPH in the logs, where you "should have"
upshifted, against your MPH shift setting numbers.

It is showing about 42 to 45 mph on scanning at 6000 rpms so I have set it at 20 mph and also at 34mph with 5400 rpms still no shift!

I set all tranny tables on Performance - Hot - Normal tabs to
1>2=10
2>3=30

Rpm Tables where set to
1>2=3000
2>3=3000
then went & drove it still will not shift at WOT. Something tells me it is in speedometer tables.
This is what is listed in HP Tuner Editor

Engine RPM = 16995

Trans Scale = 38.7139


Speed Input = 7812

I run a 3.73 gear with about 25.2 BFG Drag Radial.
Can anyone tell if there is anything I am overlooking!
