programming a A4

were trying to program a 2000 coupe for the new 3.15 gear.we tried the gear scaling update, with no luck, speedo was off(about 8-10 mph) and wasn't shifting right,(p1870 code) i upgraded from 2.73 to 3.15 gear, stock GY runflats 275 40 18, (tire height 26.66 ?) 180 degree thermostat, anyone have there number's from a 2000 with a A4, what they should read for the hp tuner? or what are we doing wrong?

Did you do anything with tire scaling at all? If not, there should be no speedo error. Hopefully an HPTuners guru will pop in.
