Torque Reduction vs Torque vs Shift

What are the units on this table? Are they a % reduction
to the torque? The values get clipped to 100 if over, so
I am assuming this is the case. But would like to know.

I am trying to set the TM to limit torque during shift
to 300lb-ft and see how that goes.

yes this is the percentage torque reduction desired during the shift. The higher the percentage the more timing it pulls. This value is then used against a torque management retard table (not in the editor) that pulls the appropriate amount of timing to achieve the desired % reduction.
