13.4 command afr, where's it come from?

Hi, I can't figure out where this commanded afr is coming from. I found the 14.6. That's in the COT protection which, even though it should be disabled, is still working. There is two sequences, one starts at frame 207, the other at frame 474. I'm including the scan and a copy of my bin. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Try scanning for open loop/closed loop, maybe you are momentarily going into open loop for some reason.

How do you do that Bill. I don't see it anywhere?

Bump for Bill. Can't find open loop. Checked the status bits and the pid's. Is there somewhere else I should be looking?

It would be under your status bits probably marked as closed loop or something to that effect.
