2006 Mustang GT TCI 3000 Stall

When should I adjust the Auto TCC settings in my car.
The car has the stock automatic with a TCI 3000 stall
The stock apply speed for the TCC is 110mph in 4th gear, but the car traps at 120mph in the 1/4 mile. Should I raise the MPH for the apply speed for the TCC???

Should I modify the settings for the TCC apply Delay time??
