Data Block break down for mode 3C?

Block 1-3 is the VIN.
Block 4 is the PCM # <- what does ths really mean?

Block 14 is the BCC

How about the rest of the block #'s? What do they represent?

Mode $3C is reading data blocks so I don't think these are learned values.
They may be changed if the PCM is unlocked Mode $27
wich I am currently working on.
