MAX knock allowed - all the time!! HELP - on dyno now!!

    Hey guys,

We have a TT Z06 on the dyno now. At anything over 10-15% throttle the car will pull max allowed timing, as soon as you get in to it. We have it set at 20degrees max and it pulls it within a .5 second.

We have replaced both knock sensors, all 02s, plugs, wires....

Has anyone seen anything like this before?

What is the burst knock set at, I am at work and can't access the files. Since you are boosted, you will want to max out the burst knock. Burst knock reads the amount of airflow change oevr a given period, if this is exceeded then it thinks the engine may knock and will pull timing. Since you are boosted, you can easily exceed the burst knock limits, you need to max it out so it will not think the engine may knock and pull timing just in case.

looks like burst knock is stock so max that. also check the IAT spark table. the IAT's in the log are pulling timing. and watch the coolant temp. ECT spark table starts pulling at 230 degrees and your log is at 220ish

If it always pulls out max timing in PE, then check for knock sensor codes. Only thing I would think of it knock sensor wiring harness if that is the case.
