    spyware removal software

    I upgraded my memory about 6 months ago and everything was working very fast. Now everything has gotten really slow and quits responding. What software is the best to use to try and fix this and keep it from happening again. I am not sure what the problem is.

    grab one of the anti-spyware pieces from the web. ad-aware will get you started.

    Defrag the hard drive too.

    Also ccleaner.com is good for removing alot of temp files. In the options you can choose which cookies you want to keep.
