    Yes that's what I did. I noticed the only way to make it hold 3rd was to do that, drop it in 3 manually then command that gear with the scanner. Wouldn't work just dropping it in drive and commanding 3rd with the scanner function. Thanks for answering my question.

    so to do this all i do is modify the values for the RPM and VSS? what do i enter in the up and down shift mins????

    Does this require the trans computer to be unlocked as well or can this be done via the ECU for the engine?
