Hello, I am excited to be here and to learn how to interpret and make adjustments to tune with the HP Tuners software.

I have been wrenching all my life being most involved with Cat, Cummins, Detroit and Paccar engines being involved in software hardware tuning since the mid 80's. I have also raced pro-gas in NHRA learning the engine mechanics side. Also building Harleys using TTS Mastertune in getting some pretty hot engines to run properly using optimized fuel mapping.

My current project is rebuilding a 2008 Avalanche with an L76 6.0 LS engine, 4L70e trans, deleting the DOD but using a vvt cam to get this optimized for towing and short distance driving, sometimes on trips but wanting to get more performance without waiting in gas lines.

Currently Im having problems and will start a thread hoping some of you here can help me understand and better diagnose my problem.

I hope I can help in any way I can.

Hi My name is Dean from Charlotte NC.
I have a shop here. It was my fathers before that since 1955. i mainly build Toyota land cruisers and Toyota 4x4s with the occasional 77 and older bronco . i have done a few ls swaps on some of the cruisers we build and one land rover defender 110. I usually just unlock the theft and set the basic parameters for driving. i am now trying to get into more detailed tuning on the previous builds and working on a 1972 Nova of mine for a lq4 with a blower. I am wanting to learn a bit more of what is needed to make this a fun driver. I am well versed in toyota and older sbc motors but always trying to increase my knowledge. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hey I'm Jared from Northeast Geogia.
I've got a home shop and race road course with my dad. We mainly run SCCA in the SPO and GTA stock car classes. I've had HP tuners for years to turn off codes on race cars and turn off vats, but I'm in no way a tuner with this software. I consider myself mostly competent with holley's efi software and have a turbo LS running super reliably on their stuff. I'm trying to learn more about HP tuners since I just bought a big cam C6 corvette with a questionable tune in it.

Hello, I'm Shawn from Spring Hill Tennessee. I am looking for ways to improve the longevity of a 2017 Tahoe I have owned since it was brand new. Trying to figure out if purchasing the scanner / credits is worth it to improve the transmission tuning and if I can accomplish the tune without breaking anything
