    Rich trims and lean o2's

    I'm working on an 05 NA GP That has a FWI, ported front manifold, and a 2.5" catless DP. The trims are showing that the car's too rich, and I can smell the richness, as well. The problem is that the o2's are showing in the lower range, indicating lean. The car has 35k on it, so I'm hoping the sensor is still good. When I pull fuel to lean it out per indication of the trims, I start getting KR in the middle area of the table. Here's the last scan we took with the fuel trims still in the negatives.

    I would bet the reason it smells rich is because it has no cat. I'm not really that familiar with NA GP's but man, that scan is wacked. Your IPW's drop to like 3 at 100 throttle. What's up with that?

    Hey Dan..because your fuel trims are out of wack you need to do a maf tune. Don't just pull or give fuel from the maf table. This or the trims being out of wack may be the reason for your KR. or becuase your lean. Give me a call whenever and send me your bin file and i'll get ya started.I talked with ya buddy on gpf and he has my number.

    Do you have a maf histrogram setup already?

    And yes you are real lean under wot. o2's should be around 960's not 860's. So increase the maf table from the 7500 and up range. But first take care of maf tuning. It's easier that way.
