    lbz vcm checksum error

    when i read my truck it goes all the way to the end then says [flash checksum validation failed]. why is it doing this and what can i try?
    2010 silverado 6.2 ,Doug Thorley try-y headers, cats deleted ,spectra air cold air, lifted with 33's,tsp vvt 1.2 cam hp tuners

    Has your vehicle been previously tuned or have an inline module installed? If so uninstall it and read your pcm.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    it has a bully dog triple dog programer in it, but i could read other trucks with the same programer before.

    Try it without the programmer.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    i'll do that. i was trying to avoid taking the programer out because it is about about an hour round trip. just wanted to adjust tire size since the piece of crap bully dog wont do it right
