    Support @ Hptuners.com

Is bouncing my email... my email address is [email protected]

This is my first time trying to use HPTuner and I am not having fun.

I am getting Invalid VIN/OS Pair. I've been trying email in the HPT and VCM Suite info, but it's bouncing back.

Is there a support phone number?

Sadly, I ended up blowing 8 credits trying to get this to work, as it continued telling me this was unlicensed. I am not amused.

You read the ecm, you license it and thats it. How exactly did you mess this up?

You are more than welcome to start a new thread about your specific issue/question rather than raising a 10 year old thread back from the dead.

In any event download & install the newest software https://www.hptuners.com/downloads/

Then insert your application key(assuming you are an MPVI1 interface customer)

    Done.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
