i knw you got to get 2bar map enhancement and tune it in sd mode. ive tune about 30cars in okla and texas. going to do a sts turbo camaro this weekend got a couple questions. Puting the wideband sensor should i put it by the turbo or just in the ypipe before the cats like a n/a car? is there anythign different in tuning in sd in a n/a car vs the f/i? i know theres a boost pe and the ve table is a lot biggers. any info i appricate thanks
I would run the WB up by the engine - not in the back by the turbo. I think LM1's are suggested to go ~30 inches downstream IIRC. See what the instructions call for, for your particular WBO2.
I'll have to let someone else familiar with HPT SD tuning chime in about the rest. But, don't forget you'll have to pull back WOT timing for boost. You may also have to adjust the PE TP% enabler depending on how soon you hit boost for a given TP% and RPM.
