    Can not read 07 Sierra

I am trying to read a 2007 Sierra to save the stock tune.
But everytime I start to read it, message comes up that security not cleared, then it states will retry in 11 secs. When it trys again message comes up: security timeout - delayed, after this nothing happens.
I have tried opening the key for about 30 secs then trying to read it, but the same thing hapens again.
Any advise or can you i be pointed in the right direction?
    Thanks Jesse

Shoot support a screenshot of the error you are seeing before the security timeout error along with a vcm suite infolog while connected to the vehicle.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

something like this happened to me on an 08 silverado. Installing the latest version of vcm suite fixed it for me.

07' Sierra reads are support by 2.22, no beta should be needed to read them. Probably something else going on ie either tunerlocked or something.
