Any idea when this might happen. Made the purchase Tues and it's cleared the bank. Figured since it's electronic it shouldn't take that long. I've emailed sales a couple of times and not even a reply back saying hey we're backlogged or something so be patient.
Don't mean to sound like dick or anything. Got a project I want to get running this weeked and I'd like to know what's up so I can make other plans if needed..

Transactions for GM or Ford credits are instant and your application key is emailed to you.
Year/model & tunershop license additions to the older serial interfaces take several days since a new software build must be created for each new license. This is one of the reasons we recommend upgrading to a usb interface so there is no wait time.

Didn't budget initially for the usb upgrade plus the credits I would have to get on this project. Figured I could get by in time with just a license upgrade, then get the usb interface later if I actually needed it.
