need a little help dialing in my tci 3500 converter

I'm getting inconsistent 1-2 shifts on my 4l60e tranny after I installed a 3500 stall. I've adjusted mph and rpms and can't get it sorted out. My attached log shows several 1st gear wot pulls. Sometimes it shifts at 5800 and other times it shifts near the 6200 rpm rev limit. One thing that I have not tried is reducing the commanded shift time. (It's already set faster than stock). Any help would be appreciated. For that matter any advice on my tune in general regarding the converter swap would be great.

    OK... here are some updates

I changed the desired shift time to .10 seconds. I also noticed that my part throttle shift mph at 100% did not match up with my wot shift mph in first gear. I changed that to match up. It seems to be working well now.
