    Smile Cavalier 1999 Passlock 1

    A friend of mine wants to cancel the passlock on his car because of a instrument cluster issues. And today I tried to cancel it without succes.
    Any help will be apprecied. A lot of HP Tiners fan thinks that's it's possible to do it but I can't find the way.
