    Full manual control

    Hi, I´m new here and have one question

    I have old Land Rover vehicle with '99 LS1 plus 4L60E trans from Camaro and my question is can I run performance mode switch, and have special map for that (perf mode) and use it like manual (no downshift at WOT, in all gears)

    I´d like this very much because running in doble low transfer cases in snow this would be a good setup, and then flip the switch and go back to full auto for the road. Sorry if my language sucks

    If anyone can inform me that would be super

    Best regards Asgeir the snowman

    Ability to put the gear lever Ã*n 2, D and OD, and the transmission won´t shift down until I change the lever, You understand me? I´d like to use it almost like manual transmission sometimes

    Best regards, Asgeir

    I know there is a post somewhere about making a performance switch for the trans. You could just put the downshift point for those performance tables at some number it will never see, no?

    Hi, yes it's possible to use the performance tables for a "behavior" like manual shifting each gear.
    I'm using the performance mode switch, an electronic for an indication light and a special map in my 99 Corvette.

    In performace mode you are able to force the tranny into each gear like this table:

    Gear lever in = Gear of the tranny
    1 = 1
    2 = 2
    3 = 3
    D = 4

    No downshift (exept below 15 km/h as a safety, if you forget to shift down manually) only the TCC is locking/unlocking.

    Kind regards Birger

    I´m not really good inventor in this buisness, is it possible you could send me a copy of your tune or post it here?

    Kind regards, The Snowman (which has a broken front axle after this day)
