    Quick question regarding tuning 2008 Sierra

    I bought hptuners a couple of years ago for my '98 Trans Am (I don't remember which version). Since then I've bought a 2008 GMC Sierra pickup. Can I use the same software to tune the Sierra? I'm thinking not, but just wanted to check to make sure...

    Depends on your interface really. If you have an interface marked MPVI(usb style) on the front then yes you'll be able to tune both. If not(serial style interface) then no, the hardware doesn't support the 08 GMC
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    I believe it is marked MPVI and plugs into the usb port on my computer. Thanks.
