I have been having some slipping with my 4L80 so I ran a scan to determine if it is the trans, converter or both. Once I started analyzing the scan, I saw a few things that bewildered me such as the input and output rpm staying the same in 4th (although I can clearly feel it shift to 4th when driving), i/o rpm higher than engine rpm in 4th with converter locked. If you guys could look over the scan and provide your input I would appreciate it. Starting at 22:47 I used to controls to lock the trans in 3rd and lock the converter (although the TCC mode says OFF). Please over look the fueling issues and the random KR in the scan. I was in the process of tuning my recent swap to 2bar SD when the trans started acting up. KR is from banging exhaust and some clunking in the trans.
