Tuning School Live Beginners HP Tuners Class in Dallas, TX April 19th & 20th 2009

We've got the details ironed out, and the date has been set for the Dallas Tuning School Class!

We cover everything from VE and MAF, to tuning a complete heads/cam/forced induction car for the beginner. It's a blast, as we do it with laptops (bring your own) and HP Tuners, and go through tuning in real-time, live.

Texas is always popular and I don't see any problems getting the students needed to make the 2-day course happen.

On Day 1, we do a complete tune with the students in the classroom tuning along with HP Tuners and their laptops, and Day 2 is spent on the dyno with students actually tuning some of their fellow students cars. The cost is $850, which covers the tuition, breakfast and lunch both days. Early Registration discount takes the cost down to $765, and runs until March 18th. Here's some picures of the most recent class from Tampa, FL (January 17-18th). It was full, and the class was fantastic! Three students got the chance to dyno tune their own cars (the entire class participated in tuning their cars). We had a killer Juiced GTO (700 RWTQ!!!!), a killer Corvette (stealth but over 600 RWHP, and has since run 9's in the quarter!), and a sweet turbo conversion on an old school silverado!

Will you be doing boosted tunning? I have a TTZ06 with a nasty cam that I am about to start working on a tune for.

Yes, last class we tuned a 9-second Corvette with a Procharger, as well as a turbocharged 6.0L Old-School Silverado... Lastly, we tuned a 700 RTQ Juiced LS2 GTO. It was fun... Lot's of fun!

Cool! I'm sure you will love it. Day 2 is a blast, we get to spend most of it dynoing 2 cool cars, which is always fun! We've got a student with a 70 Camaro and LSx engine coming in.

We've also got 2 guys coming back for seconds. Always good to get the veterans back!

I'm really interested but I have never really messed with hp tuners since my truck is heavily modified and we are currently running SD on it for nitrous. Would i benfit from this course?

It's the first step in learning to tune it on your own. Will you be an expert when you leave? no.. But you will be on your way, and with a year of support you can call us when you need some help.

i was wondering do we get a diff book the the learn at home book.

We use the learn @ home course as that basis for the live seminar. We have some new materials that are in a seperate book that you will get as well.
