Boost Table Question

Do the boost tables in the tunes include include ambient barometric pressure?

IE: 100kpa would actually be 0kpa boost.

I've noticed stock tunes get up to 270kpa which is roughly 39PSI.

Any help would be appreciated.

They are absolute, so yes, they include ambient. 270 kPa would be approx 24 psi on a boost gauge.
